Togo: Yawa Florence Kouigan, a Minister in Service of the Population
Yawa Florence Kouigan officially assumed her duties on Wednesday, September 13th, 2023, through the ceremony of handover of responsibilities between two sons of the same locality (Ogou). Replacing Professor Akodah Ayewouadan, Mrs. Yawa Kouigan declared that her goal would be to continue and deepen the work that is already in progress.
For her, it is essential to maintain the path set by Professor Akodah Ayewouadan, in line with the vision of the Head of State and under the guidance of the Prime Minister, Chief of Government.
The main ingredient she proposes to her colleagues is work, work, and more woYawa Florence Kouigan promised to be an attentive minister, always listening and empathetic.
«We will continue to promote dynamic communication, using both traditional and information channels, as well as new technologies to reach an ever-wider audience, striving every day to meet the needs of our fellow citizens and work on the pedagogy of government action», said the Minister of Communication and Media, Government Spokesperson, Mrs. Yawa Florence Kouigan.
It should be noted that Mrs. Ottou Mélanie, the advisor of Ogou 1 municipality, was also present at this ceremony.
