Primud d’Or Winner KS Bloom Yet to Receive Promised Villa: Molare Clarifies Situation

A year after being crowned Primud d’Or, KS Bloom has not yet taken possession of the promised villa. In a recent interview, Molare shed light on the situation.

The awarding of the Primud d’Or villa has been a controversial topic in Côte d’Ivoire due to unfulfilled promises, as seen with previous laureates like Safarel Obiang, who made headlines last year for not receiving his villa since 2019.

This year, Didi B is the Primud d’Or laureate, set to receive a villa. However, his comment expressing a preference for the construction funds instead raised eyebrows.

In response to inquiries about KS Bloom, the 2022 Primud d’Or winner, Molare clarified, stating, «The developer requested a two-year grace period. A legal agreement was made between the real estate developer and KS Bloom. In the presence of a notary, the developer asked for a two-year extension to complete the house. He intends to take substantial time to provide KS Bloom with a 200 million CFA francs worth house».

Molare emphasized that their role is not in constructing houses but rather in approaching real estate companies to secure homes for Primud winners.

In return, these companies receive visibility through the Primud platform.
