Burkina Faso/France: More manoeuvres by French diplomats, what’s going on?

The ongoing scheming of French diplomats and their leaders against the country of Burkina Faso persists, adding yet another twist to the complex relationship between France and the Sahel region. This latest revelation warrants thorough investigations and clarifications from France to take necessary measures.

The information was made public on Friday, may 3rd, announcing the suspension by the transitional government of certain clandestine construction works underway at the residence of the French ambassador in Ouagadougou.

French diplomats still present in Burkina Faso have undertaken construction projects since 2023, involving the building of three blocks of R+1 apartment buildings comprising 28 units and a fuel storage facility within the embassy premises without authorization from the host country’s government.

According to reports, fuel has already been delivered by the TOTAL-BURKINA gas station.

What purpose could the fuel and 28 housing units serve if nothing suspicious is afoot?

It is imperative to shed light on this matter, especially considering their notorious history of diabolical maneuvers aimed at destabilizing the transition and the country at large.

The fuel could potentially be intended for their bush accomplices (terrorists) or even spies and criminals who might be accommodated in these 28 units.

All things considered, it is unacceptable to let such a suspicious and dangerous operation pass with just the suspension of construction works.

These individuals have already demonstrated their capabilities and can catch Burkinabes off guard at any moment, as was the case with the late Thomas Sankara.

It is imperative for the transitional authorities to take drastic measures to protect themselves, their fellow citizens, and the country as a whole.

If necessary, the embassy should be permanently closed, and all French diplomats and their accomplices expelled from the country.
