Football/ PSG:  Kylian Mbappe, clear in his position about his future in the French club

It’s one of the most exciting topics of the summer transfer window. The future of Kylian Mbappé is on everyone’s lips, and it’s causing a lot of ink to flow. The player himself has just made a new statement on the subject.

Where will Kylian Mbappé be playing next season? That’s the question currently on the minds of all football fans, especially PSG fans and, more importantly, all fans of French football.

It’s a subject that shouldn’t normally cause such a stir, given that the player himself made it known at the UNFP Trophies ceremony that he will be defending the colours of the Parisian club next season.

However, a letter he sent to his club stating that he would not be extending his contract has put the spotlight back on his future.

Against this backdrop, PSG did not hesitate to send an ultimatum to the Bondy native. The club’s position is clear. Either the top scorer in the last 5 Ligue 1 championships extends his lease with the Bleu et Rouge or he will be transferred for a handsome fee this summer.

Basically, PSG are against a free transfer in the summer of 2024.

And there is no shortage of suitors to sign the Bondy native into their ranks. While Manchester United and Manchester City have been mentioned as potential future destinations for the Paris star, only one club is the favourite: Real Madrid.

Kylian Mbappé will stay in PSG at least for this new season

In fact, the France captain has never concealed his desire to play for the White House. Indeed, Real are ready to welcome the 24-year-old striker, with whom a partnership with Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo would inevitably be a hit in La Liga and Europe, especially with Karim Benzema having retired and joined Al Ittihad. However, Kylian Mbappé remains focused on his position.

Leaving PSG this season is out of the question. In fact, Paris Saint-Germain’s No7 has just posted a photo of the Ligue 1 calendar released on Thursday on his Instagram story. As if to show his determination to continue his adventure at PSG this summer.
