Burkina Faso: The West and their abject manner of manipulating public opinion

It appears that imperialists from the West are endlessly creative when it comes to manipulating both national and international opinion. In the past, they relied on their propagandist media outlets to spread distorted and tailor-made information to their advantage.

Nowadays, even NGOs, which are supposed to operate with impartiality, lend their support to these powers, causing chaos in African countries.

The case of Libya is still fresh in our memories, as if it happened yesterday; the same goes for Rwanda and Côte d’Ivoire, to name just a few.

While the latter two countries have managed to rise from their ashes and embark on a path of development in one way or another, Muammar Gaddafi’s Libya remains forever divided, much to NATO’s delight.

The grotesque fabrication of reports by NGOs like Human Rights Watch, which led to chaotic situations in the aforementioned countries, is now threatening to repeat itself in Burkina Faso.

However, the current leaders of Burkina Faso are not naive and have anticipated the sinister projects of Western powers, enlightening the people about what is being plotted.

The false report by Human Rights Watch on the FDS and VDP regarding alleged abuses has a single aim: to incite the Burkinabe people to revolt and to demoralize the FDS in their mission to defend the territory, which would inevitably lead to the end of the transition.

As the saying goes, «Every flatterer lives at the expense of those who listen to them».

Africans must stop giving credence to propagandist media or these mercenary NGOs from the West, whose primary mission in Africa is to create chaos, paving the way for the vile scavengers that are the imperialists.

These so-called peace missions are nothing more than a pretext for pillaging the mineral resources of the countries they invade.
