Burkina Faso: Plotters fail, but do not disarm: New strategy outlined

President Ibrahim Traoré is facing fierce resistance from determined plotters seeking to destabilise his government. However, these plotters have recently changed their approach to continue their devious plan, even after failing to disrupt the country’s transition.

Having realised that the people remain firm in their support for President Ibrahim Traoré and his government, the plotters have moved on to a new phase in their plot.

As part of this new strategy, they have begun to contact the leaders of civil society organisations (CSOs) individually to spread malicious rumours.

Their aim is to sow discord, even though deep down they know that the transition does not favour CSOs.

At the same time, these plotters have launched a virulent campaign to make people believe that CSOs are corrupt and financed by the transition.

Yet they cannot present the slightest proof that the transition has provided financial support to CSOs.

The people, who firmly support the transition, are ready to contribute financially if necessary, and this unity remains unshakeable.

The people remain vigilant and aware of the shenanigans of these individuals. The transition underway in Burkina Faso, led by Captain Ibrahim Traoré, is a dream shared by the people, and nothing and no one will be able to divide it.
