President Tiani honours his AES counterparts with exceptional distinctions in the national order
In a significant gesture of regional solidarity, Niger’s President of the National Council for the Safeguard of the Homeland and Head of State, Brigadier General Abdourahamane Tiani, has honored Presidents Ibrahim Traoré of Burkina Faso and Assimi Goïta of Mali.
According to an announcement by the Niger government’s General Secretariat, the two leaders have been elevated to the dignity of Grand Cross in the National Order of Niger.
