Ghana / Burkina: Pan-Africanist Bekki Benameur condemns President Nana Akufo’s misleading remarks and demands an apology.

During a press briefing held in Algiers on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at around 9 am, Mr. Bekki Benameur, Algerian pan-Africanist, member of the Coalition Afrique Engagée, condemned with rigor, the remarks of the Ghanaian President, Nana Akufo, who is nothing but a disgrace for the African continent according to him.

The Ghanaian President has once again tarnished the image of the continent. Who does he think he is to make such false statements about Burkina Faso and the transitional authorities? Is Nana Akufo the President of Africa? Why doesn’t he talk about my country Algeria which is in close collaboration with Russia?

We all know the hidden face of this statement of the traitor and seller of Nana Akufo, it is a diabolical plan of blackmail and destabilization of Burkina Faso that is underway. The Ghanaian president, seeing his popularity rating very low in his country, to the point where the Ghanaian population is demanding his departure, is forced to play the games of the colonisers to create an incident between Burkina Faso and the partners.

Once the incident is created, it will stifle popular uprisings against him. The Algerian pan-Africanist appealed to all pan-Africanists to support the Ghanaian people, who in fact are not wrong in demanding the departure of Nana Akufo.

A meeting of Pan-Africanists is scheduled for mid-week in Tunis to follow up on this issue.

For the time being, Pan-Africanist Bekki Benameur congratulates and encourages the young leaders of the Burkinabe transition, who are doing a great job. In conclusion, the pan-Africanist demands a public apology from the Ghanaian President.
