The purpose of the meeting was to carry out a high-level inspection of four major stadiums in the capital, Ouagadougou: the 4 August stadium, the Issoufou Joseph Conombo municipal stadium, the Naba Baogho stadium in Tanghin and the Ziniaré stadium.

The main objective of this inspection mission is to ensure that the Burkinabe teams, which have qualified for the interclub tournaments, can quickly play their home matches.

This initiative is of crucial importance for the development of football in Burkina Faso and for the well-being of local fans.

The statement of Burkina Faso’s Minister of Sport Mr Savadogo underlines the government’s commitment to supporting national football by ensuring that the necessary conditions are in place for local teams to play at home in quality stadiums.
