Burkina Faso/Counter-terrorism: Combatants accused by enemies successfully continue their mission
Accused of civilian abuses by the enemies of peace in Burkina Faso, the very forces that deliver crushing defeats to criminals in the bush stand undeterred.
As the saying goes, “the dogs bark, but the caravan moves on”. Attempts to demoralize these brave defenders only serve to further galvanize them in their noble mission of protecting the territory and securing the population.
Just last week, evildoers attempted another strike on the city of Djibo, only to be obliterated by missiles from the aerial units of Burkina Faso.
Their malicious scheme never even got off the ground before they were neutralized.
This marked a significant defeat not only for the bush criminals but also for their distant masters who guide and support them.
It is crucial to remember that these Machiavellian plots are often orchestrated from abroad, aiming to sow chaos in the land of upright people with the complicity of local collaborators and terrorists. Their goal is to weaken the Burkinabe army.
Fortunately, the Burkinabe military is well aware of these tactics and remains vigilant.
In addition to thwarting the terrorist assault on Djibo, a major base of these malefactors was discovered and destroyed in the Mouhoun loop.
Furthermore, criminals targeting a VDP position in the Ouahigouya area were successfully dealt with by aerial units.
