Togo: Colonel Madjoulba Calixte Batossie Emphasizes mobilization to address security challenges

As part of his introductory meetings with officials from various departments under his Ministry, Colonel Madjoulba Calixte Batossie, the new Minister of Security and Civil Protection, organized a working session at the National Police conference center. This meeting brought together central and regional directors, department heads, and unit commanders from the National Police.

During this crucial gathering, the Minister outlined his future directives. He particularly stressed the need to mobilize all available resources to address the security challenges facing the country.

Colonel Madjoulba Calixte Batossie called for strengthening discipline, rigor, a commitment to well-executed work, and a spirit of teamwork within the National Police.

Furthermore, the Minister emphasized the importance of loyalty and determination in carrying out missions, while also encouraging consideration of resource sharing for more efficient utilization of available assets.

He also urged police officers to maintain a warm and welcoming attitude toward citizens to enhance positive relations with the population.

Colonel Madjoulba Calixte Batossie’s message is clear: national security is a priority, and it requires the commitment of all members of the National Police.

 Through mobilization, discipline, determination, and collaboration, the Minister aims to address current security challenges and ensure a safe environment for all citizens.
