FECOFA: Innocent Kibundulu appointed as the new Secretary general

Innocent Kibundulu Kazadi was appointed Secretary General of the Congolese Football Association (FECOFA) on Thursday, May 4th, by the normalization committee of the governing body of Congolese football.

He replaces Belgian Situatala Matuluakila, who until now held the same position in the former executive committee removed by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) and the Confederation of African Football (CAF) before appointing other members of the normalization committee at the end of April 2023. The normalization committee’s mission is to organize the elections and install the new executive committee.

Before his appointment as Secretary General of FECOFA, Innocent Kibundulu was a member of the management commission of the National Football League (Linafoot). He is also a tutor for the sports training of TP Les Anges, a club playing in the Provincial Football League of Kinshasa (EPFKIN).

Innocent Kibundulu will be assisted by Bethy Ndandani Kinsiona, who was appointed as Deputy Secretary General.
