Niclas Füllkrug set to leave Borussia Dortmund for West Ham United

In a surprising turn of events, Niclas Füllkrug is poised to depart Borussia Dortmund just one year after joining the German club.

The 31-year-old striker is on the verge of signing with West Ham United in the Premier League.

According to Sky Sports Germany, an agreement has been reached between Borussia Dortmund and West Ham for Füllkrug’s transfer.

The Hammers are set to pay a total of €30 million, including bonuses, for the forward.

Füllkrug will sign a three-year contract, lasting until 2027, with an option for an additional year. His annual salary is expected to be around €3 million.

This move, influenced by the recent success of Serhou Guirassy, marks a significant shift for both the player and the clubs involved, as Füllkrug prepares to make his mark in English football.
