Burkina Faso:  Security Forces score decisive victory against terrorists in Foutouri

The defense and security forces of Burkina Faso have achieved a major victory in Foutouri, eastern Burkina Faso, significantly advancing efforts to reclaim national territory. Facing a massive attack by nearly 600 terrorists, the military responded with remarkable effectiveness, neutralizing more than 100 assailants including two key leaders: Abou Souleymane and Abdoul Bâdre.

The operation demonstrated the professionalism, courage, and discipline of the national forces.

In their counterattack, troops shot down a kamikaze drone and seized a significant arsenal of weapons, underscoring their tactical mastery and unwavering commitment to defending the nation.
