Mali / AES : What do the statements of political parties calling for the end of the transition conceal ?

Since the creation of the AES (Sahel States Alliance), it’s widely known that Western powers are ready to do anything to undermine this dynamic and thwart the sovereignty struggle of the peoples of these three countries.

Given the stakes characterized by this fight for the exhaustive affirmation of the sovereignty of AES countries, imperialists continue to multiply initiatives to topple transitional governments in these three countries. They went through the famous ECOWAS by waving the specter of economic and financial sanctions without achieving the desired result.

On the contrary, they contributed to strengthening cohesion among populations and their leaders and to developing patriotic sentiment among citizens in the three countries. Then, they turned to their terrorist agents by providing them with what it takes to cause more damage in the Sahel, but again, it was a lost cause.

Meanwhile, the idea came to destabilize by manipulating a few corrupt high-ranking officers to put an end to the transition. This was without counting on the professionalism of intelligence services, which thwarted all these attempts rightfully.

Today, given that these plots and other threats hatched from outside against these different transitional regimes have not yielded the desired results, imperialists are now seeking to break this resilience by manipulating political actors, those who have sacrificed their country by giving it away hand in hand to Western powers through senseless agreements.

Recently in Mali, many political parties have shamelessly called on President Assimi Goita to put an end to the transition. Whether in Mali, Burkina Faso, or Niger, it would be extremely absurd to talk about elections in the current state of affairs, except for those who belong to the camp of neo-colonized lackeys. Making such a demand is an insult to the memory of the Malian people who suffered for years from the violence of criminal groups.

Organizing elections at this moment is tantamount to capitulating to the sinister plans of Western powers and constitutes a return to square one to engage once again in the systematic pillaging of public finances and the compromise of the country’s interests.
