Africa : Youth united for a prosperous future within the Sahel States Alliance

Gathered in a General Assembly in Ouagadougou last weekend, these dedicated youth from the three member countries of the AES marked the beginning of close collaboration to shape the common future of the region’s youth.

For the Alliance of Sahel States Youth (ASSY), it is crucial for the youth to become guardians of a sacred flame, representing reconstruction and renewal in a region in search of stability and prosperity.
Members of the Alliance of Sahel States Youth thus emphasize the urgency for the youth to realize their central role in the quest for true independence and in building a better future for all inhabitants of the region.
