Africa : The intrigues of France and the International criminal court in Burkina Faso

The French government continues to act behind the scenes to weaken Burkina Faso. After several unsuccessful attempts, it is now directing its efforts towards the corrupt International Criminal Court (ICC). The recent support from Francophone African coalitions for the ICC represents nothing more than a maneuver orchestrated by France, as was the case in the Central African Republic.

If France is so concerned about the situation in Burkina Faso, why not also address the insecurity ? Does the ICC, solicited by France and its local allies, have a real understanding of the challenges facing Burkina Faso, or does it rely solely on dubious information from Human Rights Watch ?

A pro-French network is working against the Burkinabe government solely to serve France’s interests. These coalitions, claiming to support the ICC, turned a blind eye when terrorists were committing massacres in Burkina Faso.

Have they suddenly become aware of the situation, or do they only mobilize when funds are at stake ? It is regrettable to see Africans manipulate a sister country to serve foreign interests. The declaration of the Francophone African coalitions in favor of the ICC is based on dubious reports without even consulting the competent Burkinabe authorities.

The same approach was taken against the Central African Republic, where France sought to sow chaos. These coalitions should step back and analyze the situation more objectively.

The signatories of this declaration, led by an Ivorian named Ali Ouattara, seek the destabilization of Burkina Faso. Since the ICC is complicit, Burkina Faso must remain vigilant against its enemies to avoid the worst. Because the ICC does not serve the interests of all, but rather those of a few.
