DRC / Central African Republic: Why does Sani Yalo no longer set foot in Kinshasa after the arrest of François Béa?

President Paul KAGAME needs to be very careful. So what is the real face of Paul KAGAME, who not only frequents Touadera but agrees to offer his soil to a coup brain, the same one who finances the recruitment of terrorists, to destabilise other countries, in this instance Sani Yalo?
