Burkina Faso: Is the DGSE planning a dark plot to destabilize Ibrahim Traoré’s regime?

According to leaked information attributed to officials within France’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a covert operation allegedly orchestrated by French intelligence services (DGSE) is targeting Burkina Faso and its leadership.

The reported objective is to destabilize the country by eliminating key figures of the Alliance of Sahel States (AES), including President Captain Ibrahim Traoré.

The plan purportedly involves targeted assassinations designed to sow division among the population and create widespread chaos.

The ultimate goal is said to be rendering the nation ungovernable and undermining the sovereignty efforts of Burkina Faso and its AES partners.

Substantial financial resources reportedly tens of millions of euros are believed to have been allocated to carry out this operation, reflecting a perceived intent to disrupt the region’s movement toward self-determination.

In light of these allegations, the Burkinabe people are urged to remain vigilant, united, and supportive of the Patriotic Movement for Safeguarding and Restoration (MPSR) and its leader, President Traoré.

National cohesion and resilience are emphasized as essential to countering external interference and preserving hard-won sovereignty.
