Tech/ Burkina Faso shines on Global stage at Robotics For Good youth challenge

This year, Burkina Faso made its mark internationally through the Robotics For Good Youth Challenge, with its national phase organized by PROGRAMMING SCHOOL (Pschool). Focused on climate change, the competition challenged students to design robots capable of locating and rescuing victims during natural disasters.

Under Pschool’s guidance, the winning team represented Burkina Faso at the global finals in Geneva, competing against participants from multiple countries.

Thanks to their creativity, dedication, and rigorous training, they secured an impressive 3rd place, finishing behind South Korea and Brazil.

This outstanding achievement highlights the potential of Burkinabe youth and underscores the strategic importance of technological education in preparing future talent.
