He advocated for a new model of international cooperation capable of providing sustainable solutions.
The Togolese leader also drew attention to Africa, a continent central to future development, particularly due to its youth and opportunities linked to the green and blue economy. He emphasized the need to experiment with new partnerships, particularly with the private sector, to support this growth potential.
Lastly, President Faure Gnassingbé highlighted the central role of the state in Togo’s development. He stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation between African states and the international community to provide aid better suited to local realities.
