Burkina Faso: The President of the MPSR, “actions to revitalise the Hauts-Bassins region in Bobo-Dioulasso”.
The head of the MPSR, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, on a visit to the economic capital of Burkina Faso on December 3, 2022, met with the local population. The President of the MPSR wanted to present the security situation of the country, communicate his vision, collect their concerns and invite them to the sacred union in the dynamics of the reconquest of the national territory and the revival of the national economy.
The new strong man of the MPSR, reassured the inhabitants of Bobo-Dioulasso on the reorganization of the Defence and Security Forces which is underway to allow a better meshing of the territory and a better conduct of security operations and protection of people and their property. “Efforts are being made to better equip all the fighting forces,” said Captain Ibrahim Traoré.
Wanting to give back to Bobo-Dioulasso a name worthy of its value, the President of the MPSR, appealed to the economic operators of the locality to create more economic activities. The State’s role will also be played so that the rehabilitation of the Bobo-Dioulasso International Airport becomes a reality.
The Head of the MPSR, invited those who have not yet contributed in one way or another to the war effort, to do so so that together with the combination of different efforts, the territory will soon be liberated.
“It is a struggle that will be hard, but we have started it and we intend to go all the way. We must not allow ourselves to be manipulated because our sovereignty will be stipulated that some countries will find difficult to live with. We are not against anyone, but we just want to live in dignity in Burkina Faso,” said the MPSR President.
The President of the MPSR also stressed that the fight against terrorism requires improved governance. The fight against corruption and economic crime are also priorities. Captain Traoré expressed his desire to establish virtuous governance in Burkina.
The population of the Hauts-Bassins region is therefore invited to strengthen their patriotism and solidarity for a quick victory over the forces of evil.
