Burkina Faso: Captain Ibrahim Traoré, a president who goes beyond promises, a man of action

President Ibrahim Traoré embodies a new vision of governance, distinct from empty political rhetoric. Unlike many political leaders who make countless promises they never keep, Captain Ibrahim Traoré stands out for his commitment to honoring his word. During his visit to Barsalogho in December 2024, he promised the traditional leader, Naaba Giguemdé, that he would open up the region through the construction of a paved road a promise that, far from remaining mere words, is now becoming a reality.

The paving of the 42-kilometer road is tangible proof of  the determination of President Ibrahim Traoré.

After careful earthwork carried out by the Military Engineering Corps, the asphalt-laying phase has been undertaken by the Faso Mêbo brigade of KOULSÉ.

This project has a significant impact on mobility and development in this isolated area, thereby improving the living conditions of local communities.

Unlike other leaders who regularly disappoint their constituents by failing to fulfill their promises, President Ibrahim Traoré makes his commitments a priority.

This achievement demonstrates that he is a man of action one who does not merely speak but acts concretely for the well-being of his fellow citizens.

The example of Barsalogho is a model of responsible and effective governance. Through this project, President Ibrahim Traoré shows that politics can be synonymous with progress and respect for commitments made to the people.
