On Sunday, March 17, a decisive operation was conducted against a terrorist base in Natiaboini. Air forces focused their efforts on this strategic installation, reducing it to a field of debris with powerful bombings. This surgical strike not only eliminated a direct threat but also sent a clear message to terrorists: Burkina Faso will not tolerate their destructive activities.
In the battle against terrorism, the commando unit of the National Commando Training Center (CNEC) in Pô played a crucial role. Mobilized to confront terrorists on the ground, these seasoned commandos fought with bravery and determination.
After neutralizing the attackers, they seized valuable military equipment before allowing security forces to set fire to the terrorist base, destroying all remnants of the infrastructure used by extremist groups.
