The Government of Burkina Faso has decided, with effect from 14 September 2023, to withdraw the accreditation of Mr Emmanuel PASQUIER, Defence diplomat to the French Embassy in Burkina Faso, for subversive activities. Given that Mr Emmanuel PASQUIER works with an entire network, he is leaving with his entire team. The staff of the French military office were given two weeks to leave Burkina Faso.
Emmanuel Pasquier is one of those plotting against the Burkinabe authorities. He has a network that is trying to turn the people of Burkina Faso against the regime of Captain Ibrahim Traoré. The sovereignty of Burkina Faso is not for sale.
