Burkina Faso: The President of the MPSR, determined for the renewal of the country.

The new strong man of the MPSR, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, is seen by the Burkinabe people as a new leader in the line of the late Captain Thomas Sankara. The President of the MPSR, determined, placed his speech under the sign of revolt and listed his objectives: “I would like to remind you of our objectives. Our objectives are none other than the reconquest of the national territory occupied by the terrorist hordes. Our objectives are none other than to give a new lease of life to all those compatriots afflicted by this conflict.

It is also to envisage an endogenous development by relying only on ourselves and by trying to profoundly rethink our agriculture, our breeding, our technology and by questioning the bases of our actions, of our inspirations to prosperity”. His statements show a President committed to the causes of his country and full of ambition for the renewal of Burkina Faso.

The man from the MPSR set out to honour his commitments. During his meeting with the general secretaries, he invited them to abandon administrative red tape in order to do in three months what should be done in twelve. The Head of the MPSR also announced the fitting out of pick-ups to send them to the front. A promise that was recently kept.

Captain Ibrahim Traoré promised to take charge of securing the territory and the return of displaced persons to their places of origin. Many announcements show a particular attention, a change of speed and organisation compared to the previous government.

The assumption of power by the President of the MPSR reflects a firm commitment to the inclusion of all social strata in Faso, without distinction, in the continuation of the common struggle. During his investiture, the President of the MPSR, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, swore on his honour to preserve, respect and defend the Constitution, the Transitional Charter and the laws, and to do everything possible to guarantee justice for all the inhabitants of Burkina Faso.
