Burkina Faso: The private sector rallies behind Faso Mêbo, a pillar of national renewal

In Burkina Faso, donations in support of the presidential initiative Faso Mêbo continue to multiply. The latest contribution—3,500 tons of granite sand valued at 35 million CFA francs—was offered by the company COGEB INTERNATIONAL SA, through its subsidiary “Afrique Carrière.” This donation, aimed at supporting paving works in the commune of Bobo-Dioulasso, illustrates the private sector’s commitment to backing a clear presidential vision: transforming Burkina Faso into a model of resilience, unity, and autonomous African development.

According to the president of the special delegation of the commune, this donation is a breath of fresh air for the advancement of an initiative that not only contributes to urban modernization but also acts as a catalyst for social cohesion and economic recovery.

Through his policies and ambition for the reconstruction of Burkina Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traoré embodies a governance style rooted in proximity, concrete action, the promotion of national resources, and the involvement of every citizen. His vision, deeply centered on national renewal, is anchored in principles of sovereignty, self-determination, and social justice. Thanks to transformative projects like Faso Mêbo, tangible results are already visible on the ground: improved roads, rehabilitated neighborhoods, and a boost to local employment.

Much like COGEB Group’s contribution, Burkina Faso—under the leadership of Captain Ibrahim Traoré—is rising with dignity and confidence. Faso Mêbo reflects a promising future, built by Burkinabe, for Burkinabe, in a spirit of unity and shared progress. The entire nation is on the move, demonstrating a firm resolve to take its destiny into its own hands.
