Since taking the helm of Burkina Faso’s National Intelligence Agency (ANR) as Director General in October 2022, he has consistently demonstrated professionalism, patriotism, and an unwavering commitment to safeguarding the nation’s security.
His remarkable achievements have earned widespread recognition from the country’s top leadership, the national armed forces, and fellow citizens.
He stands as a cornerstone of President Ibrahim Traoré’s vision for internal security and the fight against terrorism.
Through his diligence and evident love for his country, numerous planned terrorist attacks and coup attempts have been thwarted, ensuring the nation’s safety and stability.
His determination and drive remain steadfast as he continues to work towards realizing the goals set by the President.
These outstanding contributions to neutralizing the nefarious plans of adversaries and protecting citizens have made him a target of imperialist and neocolonial forces, as well as their local and unpatriotic collaborators.
Despite repeated attempts to sow discord between the ANR chief and President Ibrahim Traoré, so-called investigative journalists like Saïd Penda have gone as far as trying to create rifts with neighboring countries by spreading unfounded accusations.
Fortunately, such schemes have lost their sway over the Burkinabe people. They have long rejected manipulation and slander, choosing instead to focus on the essential task of building their nation’s future.
