The French striker, who has been in top form since joining Los Blancos, played a key role alongside fellow attackers Jude Bellingham, Rodrygo, and Vinícius Júnior.
Despite concerns over a congested fixture schedule, manager Carlo Ancelotti fielded his star-studded attacking quartet, who delivered another commanding performance.
The victory brings Real Madrid within one point of league leaders Barcelona, who face Getafe on Wednesday.
Though Real controlled the match, it wasn’t without cost. Mbappé, after a standout display, will undergo medical tests for a hamstring issue.
His form, however, has silenced early-season doubters about his integration into the squad alongside Rodrygo, Vinícius, and Bellingham.
Ancelotti praised his team’s evolving chemistry, highlighting their varied attacking approaches and the improvements in recent weeks.
“The team is improving, especially in attack. We played well for an hour, using different strategies to find opportunities. It’s a very demanding schedule, and Sunday will be tough as well,” he remarked post-match.
