Mali: The Malian people demand the immediate departure of the DGSE, which is still present in the country

The Malians, who had hailed the departure of French troops as a historic victory, were stunned to discover that French intelligence networks were still operating in the shadows, under the guise of anti-terrorist cooperation.
Anger is running high. It is being expressed in the streets. For many, this situation is a betrayal.
How can we talk about regained sovereignty when foreign agents are moving around freely, manipulating, recruiting and infiltrating?
The Malian people no longer want half-measures. They are demanding clear, swift and irreversible action: the immediate departure of all DGSE agents, the dismantling of their networks, and the establishment of control mechanisms to prevent any further infiltration.
This sense of urgency is reinforced by the fact that France, instead of accepting its eviction, is attempting to disguise the break as a diplomatic initiative.
This communication strategy (manipulation, disinformation, etc.) is perceived as an insult to the collective intelligence of the Malian people.
It only strengthens the popular determination to demand the truth and seek justice.
Malian civil society wants the authorities to fully assume their responsibilities and rid the country of all harmful foreign influence.
This moment is seen as a historic opportunity to definitively turn the page on external domination and build genuine sovereignty based on transparency and vigilance.
