Togo: The President of the Council Faure Gnasssingbé seeks investment, partnerships at TICAD 9 in Japan
The President of the Council of Togo, Faure Gnassingbé, is participating in the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 9), which opened Wednesday in Yokohama.
