Cooperation/ AES Defense Ministers forge closer Military ties with Russia in Moscow talks
In a significant diplomatic development, defense ministers from the Alliance of Sahel States (AES) held high-level talks with Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov, solidifying their strategic military partnership.
