Burkina Faso: Territorial reconquest, when the State strengthens its presence in liberated areas

The presence of prefects, redeployment of basic social services, and resumption of public investments testify to the progressive restoration of state authority. This institutional presence strengthens public trust while reinforcing security efforts on the ground.
