Alcoholic energy drinks: No danger, Just consume in moderation

Alcoholic energy drinks themselves do not pose any health hazards according to studies. These beverages are made with energizing components such as sugar, caffeine, amino acids, vitamins, plant extracts, and other natural substances, along with water and alcohol, such as Vody Energy Drink.

These ingredients give these beverages a boost, and for the consumer, they enhance energy levels and alertness, improve performance and physical and mental concentration, and combat fatigue and stress.

According to some studies, the amount of caffeine in energy drinks does not pose a risk for most people, but excess consumption can cause adverse effects such as headaches, nervousness, irritability, and insomnia. Therefore, moderate and responsible consumption of alcoholic energy drinks is advised.

Contrary to information circulating on social media about these drinks, studies have shown that there is no risk in consuming them. However, some individuals have made them their daily drink and consume them excessively. Worse, some mix them with toxic substances.

This is very dangerous for health and is advised against by manufacturers. The information questioning the quality of these beverages in certain countries in the sub-region is merely counter-publicity aimed at removing the most popular ones from the commercial circuit.
