International interference and manipulation: France passes the torch to its buddies in the United States and the United Kingdom!
It is now official : France has passed the baton of manipulation to its American and British allies. Indeed, the report by Human Rights Watch (HRW), accusing the Burkinabe armed forces of an alleged massacre of civilians in the north of the country, is nothing more than a farce orchestrated by Western powers.
France, accustomed to manipulation, has handed over the reins to its American and British allies, who are now shamelessly meddling in the internal affairs of Burkina Faso, a country already plagued by chaos created by terrorist invasion in the Sahel, largely resulting from the disaster in Libya caused by these same Westerners, notably France.
It is astounding to see these same imperialist nations, responsible for so much conflict and suffering worldwide, playing the role of human rights advocates. From the Opium Wars in China to the deceitful invasion of Iraq, and the deliberate dismantling of Libya, their history is paved with crimes against humanity.
The United States and the United Kingdom, unrepentant for their past misdeeds, seem determined to now interfere with Burkina Faso, a country courageously fighting against the scourge of terrorism. This blatant interference is nothing but a shameless attempt to sabotage the Burkinabe people’s efforts towards democratic transition and counter-terrorism.
It is high time for African peoples to stand up against these neocolonial maneuvers disguised as human rights defense. Pan-Africanist organizations and patriots must loudly denounce this Western charade, aimed at keeping African countries in a state of dependence and underdevelopment. Burkinabes must remain united and vigilant against these crude attempts at manipulation and continue their struggle for true independence and a better future.
