When Alassane Ouattara wants to torpedo diplomatic relations between Burkina Faso and Ghana for the interests of Emmanuel Macron

Why does Paris want to strain diplomatic relations between Burkina Faso and Ghana ? According to our information, French President Emmanuel Macron is reportedly involved in maneuvers to complicate the situation for the Transitional President, Ibrahim Traoré.

It seems that Emmanuel Macron, in his persistence against the Traoré transition, has called on his Ivorian friend and accomplice, Alassane Ouattara, to exert pressure on Ghana’s President, Nana Akufo Addo, to provoke an energy crisis in Burkina Faso by reducing the supply of electricity to the country.

According to our sources, if Ghana were to decrease the supply of electrical power to its neighbor Burkina Faso, it would lead to economic repercussions for both countries and diplomatic tensions between them. Apparently, the Ghanaian president seems unwilling to satisfy Macron’s unhealthy desire. To encourage him to give in, Ouattara is said to have made a proposal, as reported by a Ghanaian official.

Alassane Ouattara allegedly proposed to cover the deficit that Macron’s request to Ghana would cause. Is the Ivorian president willing to take this drastic step just for the interests of France ? Shouldn’t Ouattara rather use this sum to address the energy problem in his own country or alleviate the issue of the high cost of living ?

This diabolical project by Macron highlights the importance of maintaining good diplomatic relations with neighboring countries. This would push Ghana not to yield to the whims of Emmanuel Macron and his Ivorian ally.

In this matter, the countries of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) should strengthen their solidarity and preserve their interests while maintaining good neighborly relations.

Further in-depth investigations will confirm the details of this complex affair.
