Ivory Coast/ Fiftieth Anniversary of the International Cocoa Organization: A Renewed Commitment to the Future of Cocoa
A ceremony will be held this Tuesday in Abidjan to mark the Fiftieth Anniversary of the International Cocoa Organization (ICCO). This commemoration will bring together representatives of exporting and importing countries from all walks of life to discuss pressing challenges related to the sustainability of the cocoa industry and producer income.

Enselme Gouthon, Secretary General of the Coordination Committee for the Coffee and Cocoa Sectors (CCFCC), will be among the eminent personalities present. In addition to his recent appointment as President of the International Coffee Organization (ICO), Gouthon is deeply involved in the cocoa sector.
