Burkina Faso: The population of Ouagadougou called to denounce all suspects
For two months now, individuals from other countries have occupied houses rented by some Burkinabe.
Indeed, mercenaries who came to support the destabilization of President Ibrahim Traoré’s regime have settled in residences, houses and hotels registered in the name of some Burkinabe. The UMASPEB (African Media Union in Support of the Burkinabé People) has invited in a statement, the population of Ouagadougou to mobilize to report all suspected persons to the police for investigations.
Burkina Faso is currently in a state of emergency, an exceptional situation where everyone becomes the guardian of the other. The residents of Ouagadougou are called to be very vigilant and not hesitate to report any suspicious person. According to sources, mercenaries from Liberia and Côte d’Ivoire have been spotted in Burkina Faso, more precisely in Ouagadougou.
