Togo: The Magic System thank Togo for its participation in the FEMUA during their meeting with the Head of State Faure Essozimna Gnassingbe

The magic System, a famous Ivorian music group, were received on Thursday, May 25,2023, in Lomé by the president of Togo, Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé. The one who led the group was their iconic leader Salif Traoré AKA A’Salfo. The purpose of their visit was to thank Togo for its participation as the guest country in the last Festival of Urban Music of Anoumabo (FEMUA).

FEMUA is a music festival held annually in Abidjan, the economic capital of Côte d’Ivoire. This event has been organized by the Magic System since 2008 and attracts renowned African and international artists every year.

 FEMUA has become one of the most important music festivals on the African continent.

During their visit to Lomé, the members of the Magic System presented a certificate of appreciation to the Togolese president. They also took the opportunity to discuss African music and its impact on African youth with him. A’SALFO emphasized the importance of music as a vehicle for peace and unity.
