Spanish open/Taekwondo: Tunisia grabbed 4 medals

Tunisian taekwondo athletes shown a good performance during their participation in the G1 Spanish Open by wining 4 medals including 2 Gold and 2 bronze.

 Firas Kattoussi won a gold medal in the category under 80 kg and Chaïma Ettoumi won in the category under 57 kg. The latter has dominated in the semi-finals, the world champion, the Turkish Hatice Kubra Ilgun. As for Khalil Jendoubi (-63kg) and Ikram Dhahri (-49kg), they are satisfied with bronze.

 This performance allowed the national Tunisian team to end up at the fifth place of this tournament.

Let’s recall that the tunisian referee Dhouba has been recognized as the best referee of all the competition.
