Burkina Faso: The Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Olivia Rouamba receives the Russian Ambassador, cooperation strengthened

Today, Friday 24 November 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Burkina Faso, Her Excellency Mrs Olivia Rouamba, received in audience the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Burkina Faso with residence in Abidjan.
During the meeting between the two diplomats, discussions focused on strengthening cooperation and especially the security aspect was highlighted.
Her Excellency Olivia Rouamba reaffirmed the political vision of His Excellency, Captain Ibrahim Traore, on the diplomatic level, which is none other than to open up with all partners, while respecting the sovereignty of Burkina Faso, based on win-win partnerships.
More than ever, Burkina Faso needs frank and committed contributions to fight terrorism effectively.
