Rwanda / Central African Republic: Kigali becomes the land of Central African mercenaries and swindles. Beware of slipping

For many months now, Kigali, the capital of Rwanda, known for being an exemplary capital that was built by the cohesion between the country’s sons and daughters, has become in a few months the capital where Central African mercenaries and scammers party and even to be treated.

Indeed, since the approach between Kagame and Touadera, which headed to the advent of the airline Rwandair in Bangui, criminals sought by international justice have made Kigali, the capital of mercenaries. Sani Yalo, the adviser to the Central African President, involved in crimes, swindles, coup d’état, embezzlement, organises meetings on Rwandan land.
After being condemned to 20 years in prison by the Equato-Guinean justice system, in the case of the failed coup of December 2017, against the regime of President Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, followed by an international arrest warrant, Touadera’s protégé, is banned from all travel, except today in Kigali. According to several reports, Sani Yalo, travelling to Rwanda on a health pretext, is meeting with some mercenaries disguised as businessmen, to refine plans for attacks in some countries of the sub-region, with Equatorial Guinea in his sights.
