Burkina-Faso: Real war machines acquired thanks to the people of Burkina Faso/Towards the end of the fight against terrorism

The Head of State, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, a visionary and strategic leader, has made the reorganization of the army and the general mobilization of the Burkinabe people his priorities, aiming to put an end to terrorism in the country. As the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, he has implemented a strategic plan for equipping the Defense and Security Forces (DSF) and a patriotic support fund.

This fund, comprised of contributions from the entire Burkinabe population, has facilitated the implementation of the strategic army equipment plan.

From a reserve of 200 Kalashnikovs, the army now possesses a significant arsenal of state-of-the-art warfare equipment.

This includes aircraft, heavy artillery, military drones, ammunition, and more, enabling Burkina Faso to reclaim almost all of its territory that was once under the control of terrorist groups.

As part of this strategic plan, the Ministry of Defense and Veterans Affairs recently received a substantial batch of military equipment, as announced by President Traoré in his New Year’s address to the nation.

These formidable war machines, handed over by Captain Traoré, mark the beginning of a series of equipment deliveries for the benefit of the army.

These acquisitions, a result of various contributions from the people, will empower the fighting forces to achieve further victories, allowing the country to regain its values of the past.

To accomplish this, the transition requires more than ever the support and patriotic commitment of the entire Burkinabe population.
