Burkina Faso: When intelligence services and the resilience of the Burkinabe people thwart a new attempt at destabilisation

Since President Ibrahim TraorĂ©’s resolute commitment to national sovereignty, Burkina Faso has faced an unrelenting campaign aimed at destabilizing its social and political order. Having failed to manipulate terrorist groups to sow chaos, the enemies of the country have shifted their strategy. Observing the failure of their hidden agenda, they have decided to resort to another form of manipulation by infiltrating certain structures within the army, particularly through subversive officers, in order to trigger a mutiny. This attempt seeks to further weaken the country and pave the way for more radical maneuvers.

The plot orchestrated by malevolent forces soon materialized in the form of a planned coup d’Ă©tat.

However, the unity and vigilance of Burkinabe intelligence services allowed this scheme to be thwarted before it could take shape. Numerous arrests were made, and the threat was neutralized.

This failure highlights both the resilience of the Burkinabe people in the face of determined enemies and the inability of those enemies to break the spirit of national solidarity.

Despite this setback, the adversaries of Burkina Faso have not abandoned their desire to destroy the foundations of the country.

The manipulation of officers and infiltration within institutions are only one aspect of their destabilization strategies.

The people must therefore remain on guard and closely monitor any attempt at manipulation. Vigilance is now more essential than ever to avoid falling into this trap.

Now more than ever, Burkina Faso must strengthen the bonds of national solidarity and remain vigilant.

Attempts at destabilization through internal division and manipulation will only succeed if the people lose their cohesion and unity.

In the face of these dangers, every Burkinabe must commit to protecting the country’s sovereignty and supporting the President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, and his government in their struggle against internal and external threats.
