AFCON 2025/ CAF launches ticket sales for 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially opened ticket sales for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), to be held in Morocco from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026.
Ticket prices are set to accommodate a wide range of fans, starting from 100 Moroccan Dirham (approx. $11 / €10) for early group matches and reaching 900 MAD (approx. $95 / €87) for the final. An exclusive 48-hour presale for Visa cardholders is underway before the general public sale begins.
A key requirement for all attendees will be a mandatory ‘Fan ID,’ obtainable through the official ‘Yalla’ application. This digital ID is essential for both purchasing tickets and accessing fan zones. The app will also facilitate e-visa applications for international travelers.
The tournament will see 24 nations compete across six groups in nine stadiums located in six host cities, including Casablanca and Rabat. The top two teams from each group, along with the four best third-placed teams, will advance to the knockout stage.
Defending champions Côte d’Ivoire will headline the event, which promises to be a major celebration for African football.
