Burkina Faso/Terrorism: Terrorists in search of something to ease their hunger hit Burkinabe army Radar

Terrorists thinking, they were going to find something to boost their energy and ensure their survival saw their lives cut short. They didn’t even have time to pick up the sacks of food they had hijacked from a poor Burkinabe citizen. The famine that is probably rampant in their camp has pushed them into the lion’s den.

Given that they have been left to fend for themselves, and that their partners are no longer able to supply them with food or war material as they used to, they thought they could take advantage of a truck driver’s unconsciousness to replenish their granary and thus continue to live to sow terror in Burkina Faso.

This is to misunderstand and misjudge the capacity and power of the Burkina Faso army.

According to security information relayed by the AIB, once the intelligence service had been made aware of the situation, it set out to find the driver, before locating his lone lorry in the Manni bush in eastern Burkina Faso.

The criminals were then tracked down and neutralised by aerial vectors on Sunday 19 November 2023.

The looted foodstuffs and unburnt war material were recovered by the fighting forces.

After the East, air vehicles were directed towards Kongloré, a dozen kilometres from Ouargaye, in the Centre-East.

According to reports, this was to support the Volunteers for the Defence of the Homeland (VDP).

A hundred of terrorists who had come to attack the VDP position in the locality were forced to give up and were unable even to escape before the lightning from the aerial vectors struck them and wiped them out completely.

Hollow-bellied, they joined their ancestors and comrades in the afterlife. Woe and trauma to their souls.
