Niger : Pan-Africanists need to support the AES, the case of Prof. FRANCKLIN NYAMSI

On Thursday, December 28, 2023, the President of the National Council for the Safeguard of the Party (CNSP), General Abdourahamane Tiani, held talks with a delegation from the Institute of African Liberties, which was on a working visit to Niger. The objective is to provide support to the CNSP and the Nigerien people engaged in the struggle for the country’s definitive sovereignty.

« I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the Institute of African Liberties, which I have the honor to lead, to the highest authority of the Republic of Niger, the Head of State, General Abdourahamane Tiani, and all his companions from the CNSP who have warmly welcomed us, along with the Nigerien people, for the three days we have been on this land. We have come to support Niger. Niger, which is a total part of Africa and is threatened because it claims its rights, the right to political sovereignty, the right to economic sovereignty, the right to spiritual and cultural sovereignty, the right to determine its destiny and free and just will », emphasized Professor Francklin NYAMSI.

Regarding the sanctions imposed by ECOWAS and UEMOA against Niger, Professor Francklin pointed out that « behind the famous institutes in Paris, London, Washington, or wherever, there are so-called scientists whose expertise is invoked by certain international organizations as a basis for illegal, inhumane sanctions, as we have seen, among others, from ECOWAS against the great people of Niger ».

According to the Pan-Africanist, « our mission is to produce counter-expertise, a scientific and precise offer on all questions of general interest, continental and global, for Africans, in such a way that we prove that there are proven African experts in all fields, and they will no longer be silent while armed terrorism is being carried out against the innocent populations of the Sahel and practically the entire black Africa. We will no longer allow this armed terrorism accompanied by pseudo-scientists, that is to say, these groups of experts lying in wait behind the powers with voracious and absolutely abominable appetites, who cloak themselves in a pseudo-scientific mantle that is actually deceitful ».

It is worth noting that during this visit, the Pan-Africanist, Prof. FRANCKLIN NYAMSI, was received by the Prime Minister of Niger, Mr. Ali Mahaman Lamine Zeine, where he affirmed his support for the « AES [Alliance of Sahel States formed by Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso, editor’s note] in the fight against terrorism for the restoration of political, economic, cultural, spiritual, and integral sovereignty of Africans on our continent ».
